James J. Vassallo Jr. — Longtime Pennsylvania Attorney, Title Agent
Based in Radnor, Pennsylvania, James J. Vassallo Jr. has more than two decades of leadership experience as a title agent. As Leader Settlement Services, LLC, president, he draws on a law background to examine real estate documents such as leases, titles, and contracts. His core aims include determining who owns specific land across New Jersey and Pennsylvania, with an eye to commercial and residential developments. James J. Vassallo Jr. then draws up insurance policies that cover aspects of real estate such as purchases and refinancing arrangements.
As a student at Widener University Commonwealth Law School in the early 1990s, Mr. Vassallo pursued an internship in labor relations at Wyeth Ayerst Laboratories, where he handled employee conduct cases. Mr. Vassallo subsequently joined a Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, law firm, where he researched and argued criminal and civil cases across several counties.
